Freedom does not come alone it is achieved when one is ease with responsibility. Asking for freedom is easy but when it comes time to fulfill responsibility it will take test of your patience, skill and consumes lots of sweat and tears. Being free from any thing is not easy as nothing is free in this world and has cost to some extent. Once we understand and be ready for completing responsibility then one will be free from all problems and chains.

Small Things
We are all here in Earth for a limited amount of time which one should not spend in order to earn money or other accessories but also try to create the impact on others when you leave. Quality time with family and friend, going hike, playing music can be a way to find purpose of your life. Karma is a big thing what you do happens to you. Time changes the definition of same thing for the same person like one may be work hard to earn money later he will work hard to gain some position in a company and so on. So, one should learn to create perspective for everything, stop blaming others and find strength integrity and try to be happy in small things as those small things combinedly will be a big success of one’s life.
This week was birthday of a sweet friend, Rosan. I am overwhelmed to be a part of a small birthday wish for him.

People feel low in relationships if we are not always truthful about what we are available for. Self-consciousness is important. Holding people relationship is hard unless you can genuinely satisfy them with your presence, time, and attention. The person need to be carefully handled. Be clear about your intentions. Be nice. Anger
What shall be your reaction when thing doesn’t goes as per to your plan, you miss deadline, you fail, you loose ? May be all response with Anger. So, we all get angry. The point is not why you get entry but how soon you come out of your anger. This post is based on a article by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. There are few factors that decide this why get angry and what can help you to get out of it.
1) The first factor is the frequency of your anger. This is inversely proportional to your strength. The weaker you are, the more you are prone to anger.
2) The second factor is your vision or knowledge. The more you understand things you will get less angry.
3) Behind anger, if there is a desire for comfort, pleasure or ego, your reaction will be different from when your anger has a purpose. If your anger is to set things right, it is useful.
So, anger is not always bad. It can be good, when it is sparingly used. If you use it every day, it has no value. Rather, it puts down your value. So, don’t allow anger to use you. Instead, you use it as an instrument of positive change.
